The Popular Show Campaign 4 Introduces the Soldiers Party

Ever since the premiere of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with deep backstory, a wide array of heroes, and a gripping narrative including angels, evil spirits, and malevolent powers growing in strength within the urban setting.

Heads-up: Revealing details for the third episode of this adventure follow below.

The Soldiers Table Revealed

The latest chapter finished on a dramatic pause and revealed the first table of adventurers who will separate from the main group to embark on their independent quest, distinct from the remaining groups.

The Soldiers table includes Teor Pridesire (played by Travis Willingham), the nimble rogue (the talented performer), the fierce warrior (the cast member), Wicander (Sam), and Kattigan (Robbie Daymond).

Dividing the Cast

Considering a large ensemble, it was evident from the beginning that keeping everyone at the same party would be unworkable.

That’s why, the first four episodes of the new season serve as an Overture, connecting the individual narratives before splitting into three separate parties: Soldiers, Strategists, and Seekers.

What Defines the Combat Party

As described by Brennan Lee Mulligan, the combat-focused party is for adventurers who are drawn to a traditionally charged combat and conflict-driven gameplay experience where non-violent answers are scarce.

Upon first impression, figures such as the hesitant healer the cleric might appear out of place, but the developments of episode 3 make it clear why these specific adventurers are best suited for the Soldiers table.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the team understands precisely where to proceed after a brutal initial meeting with the enemy group.

Casimir of Thjazi Fang—whose demise initiated the campaign’s events—used The Crow Keepers for his personal gain, breaking into the secret base, striking the rogue, and stealing all the enchanted items to sell off.

The antagonist then settled his liabilities and fled to a secure base in Gormalay, Timmony, beyond the city, with Teor’s brother pursuing him.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each member has a individual motive to leave the city Dol-Makjar:

  • The agile hero, as the close ally and trusted friend, seeks revenge.
  • Kattigan is familiar with the region and cautions that it is a hostile location.
  • Tyranny and The cleric, having defied his house’s orders to eliminate the target and instead freed him, have no safe haven.
  • But, their status as important members in the powerful family could enable the party reach places they normally couldn’t.
  • Furthermore, The fighter vowed a eternal obligation to The cleric for his rescue and will now accompany him wherever.

Fugitives

Finally, all of them are wanted by the authorities that govern the setting for a variety of reasons, making staying in the city too risky:

  • The agile adventurer and The character are notorious outlaws.
  • Tyranny and The healer turned against the powerful family and the army of fiends they are allied with.
  • Teor is marked for death by the clan.

This leaves them little choice but to journey toward the northern region in pursuit of the antagonist.

Future Episodes

From episode three’s Cooldown, we learn that the warrior group will be absent the following episode, leaving the other eight cast members to assemble the Questers and Planners tables.

Viewers can expect learning which adventurers will be where in the story’s final introductory chapter, streaming live on the upcoming Thursday.
